Olympia Property acquired Broadstone Sierra Pines in 1615 Sawdust in The Woodlands. The property consists of 341 units. Ryan Epstein and Jennifer Ray of Berkadia represented the seller, Alliance Residential Co.
Hunton Distribution, the distributor of Trane heating and cooling equipment and components, has opened a 77,000 square meter facility at 735 FM 1959 (Dixie Farm Road) in southeastern Houston. The distribution center, the third center of the company in Houston, was built by GRA-Gulf Coast Construction.
Dkota Investments, based in Dallas, bought 4.0 acres at Tomball Business & Technology Park as a project for a 20,000 square meter project for the United States Bimbo Bakeries. Toprak is on the South Persimmon Road, just north of Spell Road. Tom Condon Jr. of Colliers International represented Tombdard Economic Development Corp. and Andrew Sowell of Boyd Commercial.
DeepTech Solutions has an area of 4,800 square meters in the lobby of 16225 Park Ten Place. Fritsche Anderson Realty and Margaret Ann Cook represented the sublessee. David Gerber of Gerber Realty represented DRL Engineering.
Mustang Food Supply acquired a warehouse / distribution center of 131,950 square meters at 2211 Lauder Road from Back USA and Tifton Consulting. Heritage Kyle Gillespie from Texas Commercial Properties represented the vendor. Michael Gonzalez of Re / Max Carlton Woods represented the buyer.
Senterra and Finial Group purchased a 19-acre site. The land at 6811 McHard Road between Fort Bend Toll Road and Texas 288 for the development of the Independence Business Park. Seven buildings ranging from about 17,000 to 27,000 square meters are being offered for sale or rent. Completion of the first two buildings is planned in the third quarter.
