Imkan has announced construction progress on its integrated Abu Dhabi residential project, Thanaya

Developer Imkan said that Thanaya, an integrated housing project with Abu Dhabi, will be completed by the end of 2019. Al Muntazah district in Abu Dhabi, improved only 75 percent for rental.

The residential development will include multi-use retail and F&B space and a pharmacy on the ground level, a community clinic on the mezzanine level, and 84 fully furnished apartments across six levels. The developer added, Thanaya also features bespoke rooftop facilities, including a jogging track and other outdoor recreational zones.

Walid El-Hindi who is CEO of Imkan said that Thanaya has been carefully designed to respect local customs while providing an enhanced living experience.

The Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer last month announced that construction has started on its $540 million 18-hectare coastline Makers District on Reem Island. The development is scheduled will completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
