According to the Bloomberg report, this mansion outside Paris was sold to Middle Eastern buyer for €275 million ($301 million), which shatters the record for the world’s priciest property sale, by Christie’s International Real Estate.

The Chateau Louis XIV, developed by Cogemad, has several thousand square meters of living space and matches the loftiest standarts of historic architecture in a 23-hectare park.Inspired by 17th century design, the Chateau Louis XIV and its gardens were created just recently, and meet the French standarts for Historical Monuments, according to the Cogemad’s web site.

The house includes an aquarium,swimming pool,jakuzzi room, cinema and a wine cellar, while outside there’s a fountain covered in gold leaf.Chateau Louis XIV is located about 15 minutes outside the Parisian neighborhood of Triangle d’Or.
