The Wyndham chain of hotels will open a new hotel in the Caribbean’s St Kitts area with the Ramada brand. With the opening of the hotel, the region will have mobility again.

The hotel will consist of 273 suites. According to the government’s statement, the first phase of the newly built facility will be launched in September this year.

The first phase of the project will be 15 minutes away from Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport in an area of eight acres. The houses built within the scope of the project will consist of villas with pools and houses with gardens.

Facilities include a conference area, a bar, a restaurant, a cultural center and a swimming pool.

The project is expected to be transformed into a center of attraction. According to regional managers, the project will attract the attention of different investors.

St Kitts Deputy Prime Minister Shawn Richards said the property could “significantly transform” Whitegate — and draw new investment to that part of the country.

“I think this hotel holds much potential in terms of changing the landscape within this particular area and the environs,” he said.

The project will be one of the largest projects on the island known for its natural beauty. At the same time, the hotel will be the first Ramada branded hotel in the region. However, the hotel will be the second hotel with the Ramada brand.
