Tom Cruise is selling his West Sussex mansion close to the Church of Scientology’s British headquarters for £4.9 million( $7.3 million), according to the variety.com.Tom and his last wife, Katie Holmes have purchased the house for £3 million ($6.1 million) in 2006 before their eventual divorce in 2012.
Spread over 14.2 acres of land, the mansion is composed of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The mansion also includes a 900sq ft living room and a 33-feet-long master bedroom with a separate dressing room, a walk-in wardrobe and a balcony.
It also has a tennis court, a heated outdoor swimming pool and a billiards room. The outbuildings in the estate consist of a Victorian-era garage and a small summer house in the garden area.
The mansion located at the northern edge of the exclusive Dormans Park enclave near East Grinstead in West Sussex.
