Turkey has been took 5. Place in the list of ‘World’s Top 20 Places to Invest in Property’ which has been made by The Telegraph. Newspaper underlined that the foreigns’ property investments grew 78 per cent in the first half of 2013 in Turkey. 

According to newspaper while Barcelona has being took 1. Place in the list, Turkey has took 5. Place in the list.

To invest in property world’s 5 best places have been listed as Barcelona- Spain, Riviera- France, Grenada Island in Caribbean, Tuscany- Italy and Turkey.

Property purchasing increase by 78 per cent in Turkey

The Telegraph wrote that “the number of overseas property purchases in Turkey rose by 78 per cent in the first half of 2013, with the city of Istanbul leading the way” as why Turkey is a good place for purchasing property.

Julian Walker from Spot Blue International Property said that “Most of our clients who were interested in buying Turkish properties used to be British. Now we are seeing a lot of buyers from the Middle East, who view the country as a safe place to invest.”

The Telegraph also remarked that in the Bahcesehir area of Istanbul, one-bedroom apartment is £63,000 on the market.
