Turkey-Japan University of Science and Technology to be established!

During the Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit to Japan, the agreement was signed for Turkey-Japan University of Science and Technology. 

Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yıldız has made written statement on the subject, in order to carry out preparatory work for the Turkey-Japan University of Science and Technology, committees are formed by both sides, he said.

Mr. Yıldız added: In December, two committees met in Japan. Memorandum of cooperation for Turkey-Japan University of Science and Technology signed in Tokyo by the ambassadors of the two countries in the presence of the two Prime Ministers. 

Mr.Yıldız pointed out that, this university will not include only nuclear engineering but also lectrical and electronics engineering, information technology and computer engineering, applied physics, mechanical engineering, molecular biology, chemistry, mathematics, astronomy departments as well as the social sciences. In addition, we will establish a unit that will work in Sinop in the training of engineers.
