British estate agency announced the launch of the Ryan Douganbrand across the Middle East, starting with Dubai.Ryan Dougan has been appointed as Managing Director – Ivy Gate Middle East.
“The luxury real estate market in the Middle East presents a great opportunity to develop our award winning brand in this strategically important region. We are committed to a truly different customer experience and uncompromising standards and this fits well with the Dubai market. We have an aggressive expansion strategy and when choosing the right people to join our brand Ryan’s enthusiasm and expert local knowledge combined with a natural commercial acumen and strong leadership skills made him an obvious choice to spearhead this growth. We have plans in place to expand the business in to other territories throughout the Middle East and I look forward to seeing the brand grow to become a market leader in these territories. ” said Jason Tebb, the founder of Ivy Gate.
Ryan Dougan comments:
“My real estate interest began at the age of 16, working part time in a local agency, from where my passion for the industry grew. After operating in Management positions in the UK for several years, in 2011 I made the decision to move to Dubai with one of the largest real estate firms in the region. In this role I became a specialist in the Palm Jumeirah and quickly realised my approach of straight talking and honest professional advice as well as up-to-date market knowledge was exactly what was needed in the Dubai market.”
“I first met Jason when we worked for the LSL group in the UK. When we first started discussing Ivy Gate coming to Dubai we both knew there was a significant gap in the UAE market which is often blighted by inexperienced salespeople with little expertise or continuity. I am excited to lead the Ivy Gate team in Dubai and look forward to working with Jason to develop the brand in the region, and throughout the Middle East.”
Ivy Gate was founded in May 2013 with a vision that challenged the traditional estate agency model. This territory based ‘hybrid’ model was considered so compelling that it was backed by James Caan CBE, the world renowned business entrepreneur.
