As Ministry of Environment and Urbanization wants to rapidly advance about urban renewal in İstanbul that’s why it goes into action for rent and relocation assistance by 5 million TL. If new applications by 501 are available for procedure, property owners will get 5 million 206 thousand 500 TL, tenants will get 72 thousand 800 TL as rent and relocation assistance.
In order to receive financial aid in context of urban renewal, there must be copy of the deed of the house, demolition of notification, requesting photocopies of the identity of citizens and place of residence.
