VINCI commences work at Birmingham Hospital
VINCI Construction began working on a new 115.6m-euro new hospital facility in irmingham. In addition to providing acute care to private patients in the region, the hospital will provide more capacity and access to specialized facilities for NHS patients.
The project was developed by Prime and funded by M & G. The 138-bed specialist hospital facility in hospital development will be built on the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham campus for partnership between HCA Healthcare UK (HCA UK) and Uiversity Hospitals Birmingham.
The hospital will feature the latest technology to provide some of the most complex surgical and medical procedures and treatments associated with a radiotherapy unit, state-of-the-art operating rooms, cancer, cardiology, neurology, hepatobiliary, urology, orthopedics and stem cell transplantation.
Michael Roadnight, Regional Director said: “This state of the art specialist hospital will provide first class healthcare provision for patients in the region.
